This is what we strive for at Chez Charlene 5 star Wedding Venue – Pretoria, Gauteng.

Kathryn and Schalk’s wedding was truly a peaceful heartfelt wedding, creating lasting memories that will be relived each moment for a lifetime.

Our new pergola outside the chapel, created a breath-taking photo opportunity before Kathryn entered the chapel. What a beautiful Bride. Unforgettable in every way.

Your reception is the time for you to celebrate your newly married state with the people who mean the most to you – your family and dearest friends. They had speeches, laughter and tears of happiness. The décor was beautiful, unique, stylish and classic, their colour pallet selection of burgundy, white and touches of green turned out to be spectacular and a display of elegance.

As usual, cocktail hour was stunning, set in the surrounding of Chez Charlene’s Boutique Venue’s perfectly manicured gardens.

They showed their guests how much they cared by creating a delightful setting in which they could enjoy fine food and good company.

With this being a vegan and vegetarian wedding, Chez Charlene, Bridal Couple and guests were blown away by what our Executive Chef Derrick designed. Throughout the evening guests stopped us and complimented how amazing the food looked and tasted. So much so, that after dessert was served, the entire kitchen staff, Banqueting Manager and Executive Chef at Chez Charlene 5 star Wedding Venue – Pretoria – Gauteng were called to the front,  received a hand of applause on the  incredible menu and service delivered on the evening.

 As much as we absolutely love Chef’s Chocolate mousse, in our opinion, his Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse made with Avocado has now officially become our favourite.

 Chez Charlene Wedding Venue wants to share this menu, it is too good not.

STARTERS

Healthy Sundried Tomato Tart filled with Creamy Mushroom Hummus & Exotic sautéed Mushrooms drizzled with Herb Oil & Fresh Lemon Juice accompanied with Grilled Asparagus Spears, Roasted Pepper & Pistachio Salad finished with Organic Garden Herbs

MAINS

Mild Tikka Coconut, Chick Pea, Carrot & Broccoli Curry served with Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin Fritter Hearts, Crispy Haricot Vents tossed in Macadamia oil, Caramelized Onions, Almonds & Creamy Spinach & Ricotta Croquettes accompanied with braised Vanilla Clove Pommes Fondant garnished with Fresh Herbs

 Let’s save the best for last.

 DESSERT

Flaming Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse with Mixed Berry Coulis with a roasted Coconut Ice Cream topped with Coconut Savings garnished with Lime Gluten Free Vegan Short Bread, Chocolate soil, Berries & Chocolate work.

We here at Chez Charlene wish we could rewind and enjoy this menu all over again.

Well done Chef, a true legend in the kitchen.
